Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Le Woof Boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for both pets and their humans.

 

1. Eligibility

All dogs must meet the following requirements to participate in daycare or pet sitting services:

  • Be fully house-trained

  • Be non-aggressive and friendly with other dogs and cats

  • Be free of property-destructive behaviors

  • Be up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, etc.)

  • Be in good general health and not exhibiting signs of illness

Le Woof Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that does not meet these requirements or is deemed unsafe for the environment.

 

2. Meet & Greet

A complimentary meet-and-greet is required before accepting any new client. This allows us to assess temperament, compatibility, and ensure that the pet is a good fit for the home environment.

 

3. Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • Daycare services are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.

  • Drop-off and pick-up times must be scheduled in advance and honored to avoid disruption.

  • Late pick-ups may incur additional charges unless otherwise arranged.

 

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  • Full payment is due prior to or at the time of service.

  • Weekend and overnight pricing is provided upon inquiry.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made with 24+ hours notice will receive a full refund.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Emergency exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Le Woof Boutique.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe, secure, and loving environment, pet care involves inherent risks. By using our services, you agree to hold Le Woof Boutique harmless from any and all liability arising from illness, injury, escape, or death of your pet during their stay.

 

7. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at our discretion. You are responsible for all associated costs.

 

8. Media Release

By booking with Le Woof Boutique, you consent to the use of your pet’s image for marketing or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to provide:

  • Clear care instructions

  • Necessary food, medications, and supplies

  • Emergency contact information

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect the quality of service and is the responsibility of the pet owner.

 

10. Policy Changes

Le Woof Boutique reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the current terms.
