Refund Policy

At Le Woof Boutique, we value your trust and strive to provide a premium experience for both you and your pet. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and preparation involved in each booking.
Daycare Services

Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment will receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made with 12–24 hours' notice may receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable due to the reserved space and time commitment.
Overnight & Weekend Services

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the stay will receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made with 24–48 hours' notice may receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the stay are non-refundable.
Late Pick-Up Policy
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time without prior notice may be charged a late fee or have services extended into an additional daycare session, billed accordingly.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that life happens. In cases of verified emergencies (e.g., illness, travel disruption), refunds or rescheduling options may be offered at the discretion of Le Woof Boutique.
Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date without penalty, subject to availability.
